I Have the Flu

That's right, I am down for the count. I haven't posted in a while because I have been sick. Hopefully I will be back to my normal self in a couple of days.

I think that I have most orders ready to be picked up, except for albums. I will try to call everyone and you can pick up your orders on Friday.

On a Personal Note

I usually don't post personal things, but so many out of town people have wanted to see the nursery, so here it is! The western picture is going and I am going to cover the walls in long narrow black and white canvases of Georgia once she gets here. It is probably going to be of her first year, so it will be a work in progress for a while.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday! In true Super Bowl fashion, I am going to do nothing today that doesn't somehow involve a couch and a big screen.

All of the images were taken with my little canon, not my professional camera. Yes, even I have a camera that will fit in my pocket. I started at the crib and went clockwise.

The Crib with the bedding my grandmother gave me. The colorful item hanging over the left side is the bunting bag that my great aunt (or great grandmother) made. I was brought home from the hospital in it and my Mom and Dad gave it to me to bring Georgia home.

Grandmother's dresser and china buffet. My mom made a cover for the oak buffet so that we could use it as a changing table. Under it is all empty storage room to put everything that she grows out of or extra boxes of diapers.

Mandy and Albert

Mandy is one of my oldest friends. We went to school together when I lived in Ruidoso, New Mexico and I bet that I don't have one birthday party picture without her in it.



Obviously, we still talk and I was so happy when she said that she was getting married! Albert is a great guy when I look at them I often think that this is what my parents must have been like when they were young. I think that is because he is a cop in Ruidoso and so was my dad.



We had an awesome engagement shoot. Mandy, Albert and the senery were all so great, how could we not have a great shoot?!

Sterling City Wedding

Jessica and Brian became Mr. and Mrs. Hillger in December. Obviously I am really behind on my blogs, but here are a few of my favorites from their wedding. It was so beautiful.
